  Equine Master Mind (EQM2) Series
Boost Your Equine Business or Organization for 2012

With Co-Guides:

Lucinda Newman                                     Doug Lombard

Connect or reconnect your business mind with what has heart and meaning and eliminate obstacles that are getting in the way of your success.

This is an advanced 6-session master mind group for people who currently operate or are starting on the path of an equine-based business, organization or program endeavor.  With a group of like-minded people who want you to succeed, develop your equine business, programs or organization, and/or work on a particular topic of your choice.   You will:

  • Pay attention to your intuitive skills
  • Clarify your mission, purpose and goals with step-by-step, laser precision
  • Focus on what authentically supports your main purpose and not get distracted by what you think you “should do”
  • Organize and get perspective on all those great thoughts and ideas you have
  • Convert inspirations, ideas, decisions, plans, strategies, known and gathered information into accomplishment: action tied to strategic purpose.
  • Create step-by-step, real-time traction
  • Experience the fast-paced power of accountability with your peers

It is important for horse-human entrepreneurs to take time to re-orient, organize, focus, clarify and re-connect to a sense of purpose in order to gain new insights and knowledge, grow your business and present your offer to the public in a grounded, clear, honest, effective and professional approach.

Join us in a small circle of peers who meet regularly to learn from each others' knowledge and
experience, get advice, direction, and constructive critique to evaluate and examine their businesses and their markets, to reduce risks and costs, to boost leads, prospects, customers and revenues.

Specific topics could include:
  • program development
  • human/client savvy
  • outreach/promotion and advertising  strategy
  • advisor/team/board/partner involvement
  • setting rates and talking about payment
  • materials development/business presence (web site/rack card/signage/business card)
  • priority-setting and management
  • making passive and active income work together
  • facility arrangement – the importance of place and public impression
  • powerful collaborative efforts
